First part is a fresh and (if you want to) spicy carrot ginger soup with a little chili. It’s color is awesome because it has some creamy but also strong orange texture from the carrots itself. The chili and ginger gives it a slightly spicy but also refreshing taste. So the menu will be popping right from the beginning. Because we know that a christmas menu should also be something special, we added a honey glazed apple on top, so everyone should get a very nice arranged and eye poppin’ bowl of soup.
